At first when i saw this quote i was thought he was trying to talk about the physical aspect, until i realized its more than just that.
I had a friend back then in secondary school, he was nicknamed "hope" because when you think you are looking bad or there was something wrong with your physical structure, you just have to look at him and you see that you are not bad after all, in our ss1 this guy was so much insulted, we call it "yab", he had a very big shapeless head and we would always sing when we saw him, "onye isi ya ka nke mu, le ya ka ọ na-abịa" in English it means, "The person with a bigger head than mine, behold him coming". I could feel he was angry, but it didn't last for long because in our ss2 everybody wanted to be his friend, yea the guy turned out to be super brilliant, while we kept singing our songs, he kept doing his thing, reading and focusing on his future, that same year he made a refrigerator in his cupboard in school and a tractor which was controlled with a wireless remote. It didnt take time for the school authorities to notice him and before we (the singers) could enter ss3 our "hope" was flying abroad.
Have you been a situation where you think something in you is missing, maybe you dull in class, smaller than others or probably laughed at for some reason. Trust me you are beautiful in your own way. You might be able to heal a broken heart with your words or voice. You might be the one to enhance your nation with your invention. Never thing lightly about yourself.
We sometimes limit ourselves a lot, some will be like, "i know i can sing but i can't sing more than Sinach" who says you can't be the best singer in history...
You have an unlimited God and we are sufficient in his sufficiency 2 Corinthians 3 :5

Release comparing yourself with others, you are not separate from your brothers and sisters, they are you and you are they and you are perfect, whole and complete. You are family. You are ONE.
Release the need to judge and escape this world in favour of some realm you deem better, higher, purer. You came here to be HERE. So be here. Smell every flower, cry every tear, touch the earth, get messy, moved and mad. Feel it all. Embrace it. Love it.
Bathe in the sensations, especially the intense ones, soak it all in, Laugh in the dark times as much as the delights. Don’t fight it. Feel it. It’s all life. It’s all you. It’s all LOVE.
Falling apart is normal. Do not fear it. Feel it. Ride those waves. Allow light, life and love to crack you open. Embrace the unknown. It’s okay not to know all the answers.
